Need to Return a Product?
To return a
purchased product to
CDC Security, you'll need to
request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be
done by contacting us by email or telephone.
NO
returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general,
CDC Security
accepts returns on merchandise
from select manufacturers within 30 days. However,
CDC Security
reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the
invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be
issued toward:

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to
CDC Security
on returned items, and
CDC Security
will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or
exchange item's going back.

Returns
within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund
or credit at
CDC Security
discretion.
Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return
policies.

There are no express warranties or implied warranties including, but not
limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. CDC
Security, Inc. shall not be subject to and disclaims: (1) any other
obligations or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of
warranty, (2) any obligations whatsoever arising from tort claims
(including negligence and strict liability) or arising under other
theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by
CDC Security, Inc. or any undertakings, acts or omissions relating
thereto, and (3) all consequential, incidental and contingent damages
whatsoever.
